Colour design for a series of ropes for Ophélie Gerard’s « ROPE » shelf.
Rope is an easy-going shelf system to sew. The rope is the key, it does the shelf structural part. And its path evolves the design in the space.
3 rope colour ways have been created, resulting of subtle mixes of yarns.
Ophélie Gerard「ROPE」シェルフ、ロープカラーデザイン
「ROPE」は、縫い合わせて組み立てることができる、気軽で柔軟なシェルフシステム。
構造の要となるのがロープであり、その通り道が空間の中でシェルフのデザインを形作っている。
今回のプロジェクトは、微妙な糸の組み合わせによって生まれた3種類のロープのカラーバリエーションを制作。
